Welcome to the Washington Communities for Children Blog! In the book Impact Networks, David Ehrlichman introduces the concept of creating system changes by focusing locally.

But we can create positive changes locally. Ehrlichman calls these places “Pockets of Possibility.” The intention of this blog is to create a library of stories.
