Request for Proposals (RFP): Grant Writing Consultant 

CONTRACT DETAILS 

  • Contract Period: September 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027 

  • Total Contract Amount: $20,000 

  • Work Location: This is a fully remote consulting position. The selected organization or consultant may work from any location within the United States. Periodic virtual meetings with WCFC staff will be required during standard Pacific Time business hours. 

Applications must be received by 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time on Friday, August 7, 2026. Tentative interviews scheduled for August 14, 2026. Notice of award August 31, 2026.
